Arch-K-Type is a cutting edge Design Studio focused on Architectural designs and solutions for all types of Residential and Small-Scale Commercial Projects. Our mission is to provide our clients with high-quality designs using industry leading Architectural software. We are a full-service Design Studio, taking projects from initial concept to technical drawings for Permit submission through a seamless process.
Arch-K-Type will provide our clients with unique “Real-Time Design” services. Our designs will be presented using Virtual Reality walkthroughs and renderings that give a realistic feel that our clients can react to and really get a feel for the design! You will be able to see and experience your vision before a shovel hits the ground! We want to give our clients reassurance that they have made the best decisions and feel prepared for construction! Arch-K-Type will provide a unique service delivery method that comprises of three core components: 3D BIM, 3D Virtual Reality and 3D Building Scanning. These services can be deployed as part of an integrated design process or be broken into stand-alone services, at any phase.

My name is Kasey Dool
Director of Operations at ARCH-K-TYPE
As founder and Director of Operations of this company, I have established a great passion in practicing Architectural Design and professional services while employed under a leading Architecture & Engineering firm in our community for over ten years. My designs have become part of our community’s landscape and I strive to continue these efforts in creating spaces that have positive impacts on our community’s built environment. My work on the former St. Mary’s Paper site has been awarded the American Institute of Architect’s Gold Medal, and as well, have earned several prestigious Graduate study awards for work that has been focused on the Algoma Region. I'm a mother of two incredible children who seem to be fascinated by the work I do - To get the seal of approval from a toddler is the best testimonial. As we all know - kids are brutally honest. It warms my heart to hear my little girl tell me "WOW Mom, that is such a cool house".
